A) Do you offer a surveying service.
Ans: Yes we recognise some customers may not feel comfortable measuring their windows doors and conservatories and would prefer the comfort of a professional surveyor to take all the responsibility.
B) Do you charge for surveying?
Ans: Yes to cover our costs obviously time and the ever increasing fuel bills a charge of £60.00 is added to a customers final bill.
C) Do I need to employ a surveyor?
Ans: Certainly not, simply follow our measuring guide under "how to measure" fill out our easy online forms and thats it! We are always happy to answer any technical questions simply phone us on 0800122897 we will be only too happy to help.
D) Do you offer a fitting service?
Ans: Yes we offer a full fitting service.
E) Do i have to use your fitters?
Ans: No! Our site was built for the sole purpose of supplying the latest specification, highest quality windows doors and conservatories to the end user without any hassle. Supply only is what we are trying to accomplish with the added benefit of a fitting service for those customers that need it.
F) Do you issue a competent persons certificate.
Ans: Yes upon satisfactory completion of the installation a Certass certificate shall be issued by us.
G) What are your fitting charges?
Ans: £120 incl VAT for french doors or a patio, £80 incl VAT for a single residential door (incl stable doors) £60 incl VAT for a window, bifold and conservatories please phone for up to date fitting prices.
H) When do I pay for fitting?
Ans: You pay for your windows doors in full prior to manufacture, conservatories 50% with order 50% upon delivery. Fitting you pay to our fitters upon satisfactory completion of the installation.
I) When your fitter have complete the installation do they take the rubbish with them?
Ans: Of course all frames and related rubbish are completley removed off site by our fitters.
J) When do I receive my certificate?
Ans: Normally upon completion of an installation certass will issue their certificate within 15 working days.
K) Can you guarantee me a date for fitting ?
Ans: Normally yes but as with any home improvements which are reliant on weather conditions work can be slightly delayed due to inclement weather, however we shall keep you informed and always aim to complete our fitting schedule on time.
